Why Cant Client fill their complete contact when onboarding?

Dear AH Team,

When client make purchase from our website via AH services link, why not we able to get/input their complete contact detail e.g address, phone, website, social links and other custom fields. why we have ask client separately such details and fill it manually?

Am i missing something ?

We wanted to onborading flow very minimal as it’s a good UX practice. But later I mean now we have realized Agency may be/may not be bother about the number of fields. So, we will soon allow all kinds of field in the order form. Agency will decide which field they want to show in their form.

@orvi but what i mentioned here not just having more custom fields, i also meant at the moment we need to fill the client contact detail as like in CRMs manually and whatever we get in intake form is entirely deferent thing.

So you wanted intake form data should be attach with CRM? or do you want more control over order form?

@orvi The first basic thing is getting client contact into the system, e.g name, company, email, website, social handles, etc. which at the moment we have to fill manually in AH. Where as Intake form is more about getting project detail, also can have more about client and their business information.
Here is my little automation scenario:
Client make purchase by filling his credentials (to make transaction), fill further contact detail e.g address, website, social handles, other custom fields.
As soon as he submit, all the contact details including other then just name and email, should spit it via web hook so we can start our automation in n8n and feed that data other platform and services we are using.

Hope i made things clear here.

Hi @Tahir , we discussed internally initially with some possible cases and how we can do it. Could you tell us a little in detail more about your use case so it helps understand it better? Like, the importance, the pain point and everything.
