Currently, the “Create Task” feature works only if we attach the task to an order, which limits flexibility. In real-world agency operations, we often need to create independent tasks that are not tied to any client order.
Example scenarios:

Internal agency work: “Team meeting notes,” “Update website banner,” “Onboard new team member.”

Quick one-off client requests that don’t require setting up a full order.

Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned to staff (research, reporting, testing, etc.).
Suggested improvements:

Allow tasks to be created without selecting an order.

Option to categorize tasks as Internal or Client-related.

Full task features (assignee, due date, status, priority, time tracking, comments) should be available even without an order link.

Flexibility to later convert a standalone task into an order if needed.
