Stripe Subscription doesn't work

My client is ordering a subscription service in Agency Handy it says thanks for your payment and added that amount in sales, but in Stripe, it shows incomplete.

It’s been a while since I’ve been facing these issues. I have reported issues with payment earlier, but it’s not fixed yet.
