SERVICE RATINGS: Please Give Us The Option To Remove*

Good day! I see you’ve added ratings. Could we please have an option to remove or hide them?

New businesses or startups (using agency handy) often have no reviews, which can make us look bad to potential clients.

This feature doesn’t help new users of Agency Handy; instead, it may discourage clients from purchasing our services if they know we’re just starting out.

Please consider asking users before adding features like this, especially when there’s no way to remove them. For new businesses, this could hurt our chances before we even get started.

Agreed, we definitely want the option to disable reviews. We already acquire reviews through a different process, this complicates it.

Yes, Please, make it optional. I hate ratings in customerportal…

We are working on making customer review optional similar to what we had previously. It is in development. It should be live soon.

when can we expect an update as this new review ratings was added without customers asking for it, it was basically forced on us.

Please give a timeline or date when we can expect this to be completed? Also can I recommend AH doesnt add features users havent requested or atleast if you add new features always have an option for users to hide or remove if they dont want it. This feature was not requested by users on your other feature request page, was added without users being able to remove or hide, which seems forceful. For myself I cannot share any services with any clients while this feature is live and have had to switch back to the old tool I was using because theres no option to hide or remove this ratings/reviews on all my services. This has been dissapointing that your team just forcefully added this feature on users without thinking if users want it or if users would prefer to hide it or remove it.

Hi Jay, good news, it is live. You can now check it. You should see it in the service settings and can turn it on and off as you like. And about the latter, noted, will do.

Thanks for the update, can you share a screen shot of where it is in the service settings as I went to the service settings and cant see the ratings option.
