On the Services page, the billing cycle options only include daily, weekly, monthly, and annual. Quarterly and biannual are missing, even though these are standard and essential for many agencies.
I raised this with support and client services a couple of months ago, but it’s still unresolved. Please add these options at the earliest, as we offer quarterly packages and cannot set them up properly without this.
You can add your quarterly and bi-annual billing using months.
We made our system like this to cover all the additional variables/ every 2 months/3 onths/8 months etc.
Could you please clarify the following for a client who subscribed to our quarterly plan and paid via Stripe?
Will subscription reminders/notifications be sent quarterly (ideally just before the quarter renewal), or on another schedule?
Will the client be charged once per quarter, or monthly (three separate charges)?
I’ve tested this and previously shared a screenshot with the Dev team by email. I’m attaching another screenshot here: the client selected the Quarterly plan, but the pricing shows per month (e.g., “2146/m”), which is confusing. It should display the per-quarter amount, and the email template should reflect the same billing frequency.
Please advise and confirm the correct configuration and any fixes needed.
If you set the pricing every 4 months by default all reminders and notifications goes before the subscription renewal date. Additionally, you can add your own intervals if you want for subscription reminders from email templates and subscription settings.

in that case what about this, Client is confuse and reluctant to proceed as its shows have to pay the quarterly amount per month. See attached image
Hey @Ali_Shaown@orvi Seems like we are back to square one. the issue is remain there, quarterly plan showing as per month, client freaking out.
