Is it possible to create a setup in AgencyHandy (AH) that I can use to manage my customers’ credit hours?
I have customers who buy 5-10-20 hours on a ‘Punch card’/‘Voucher’.
By paying in advance, they can get a small discount on my hourly rate.
When I then perform tasks for my customer, I calculate my time spent and register in AH their credit hours so that it clearly shows how many hours are left.
Would it be possible to sell a service called, for example, “Voucher for 20 hours”, which has ‘20 hours remaining’ from the start?
When I perform a task, I type a prompt and the number of hours consumed, after which the system updates and clearly shows ‘remaining hours due’. I want to offer my customers the ability to log in to the portal and follow the consumption of their hours in real time.
Optimally, the system should also be able to send a reminder to buy a new voucher when there is, for example, only 1 hour (or 0) left.

I did post this on the pages here: https://roadmap.agencyhandy.com/
It was more than 6 month ago, and my ‘idea’ resides hidden away deep into the “Wish list” (not even in the Roadmap), and you have to ‘Load more’ to be able to see my post at all….
So that way, I am afraid that very few users see my idea. and the ‘upvoting’ becomes neverending…. So now I try putting it here for more exposure.
Actually I did get a response from “Agencyhandy“ (dont know who of you?):
Few days after posting they posted: “Yes, we have plans to add this feature. Likely release estimated: end of September based on our current roadmap.“
So, if I understand your response correctly, back then you were actually working on this feature? As you wrote “Likely release estimated: end of September…“
Now we are close to ‘‘end of November’, but there has been no updates at all to the post? Maybe it is comming soon? Who Knows?
Firstly, thank you for sharing your suggestion and explaining your workflow so clearly.
I wanted to update you that we have been working on our upcoming Credit System, where admins and super admins can define rules such as “$10 = 100 credits.” Clients will be able to purchase credits and use their existing balance to pay for services. That will go in development soon.
For the next update right after that, we are planning an extension that resonates closely with your use case. Since we already support hourly (one-time) service pricing, we are looking into connecting this with the credit system so it can support workflows like the one you described.
It took 3-4 days (!) to get my post approved by admin!
That is really not good for the ‘flow’ and communication.
Now lets see how long time this post has to wait…
And:
Still waiting for a comment from AH on this feature, that was posted more than ½-year ago, and that was estimated to go live in september….
Just so you know, we have 2 days off and we were on weekend when your post came in, and your post was approved when it was noticed on queue and we try to be as fast and responsive we can. You know it too :’))
8 month back, when I added it to the roadmap, I got his response from you “Yes, we have plans to add this feature. Likely release estimated: end of September based on our current roadmap.“
So by Nov. 22 I made this post, and by Dec. 10 I got the response: “… That will go in development soon”
Now, Jan. 17, your message is “Hi Mads, hopefully by Feb end we plan to do!“
Hmm, it dont fully understand your answer?
Are you saying that “We plan to do it by the end of february”?
So can I expect change at that time?
Or will you start the development at that time?
My interest is of course: When do you think that this feature goes live, and can be used in real life?
The feature is tested. If you want we can access to you our test server for testing. We have found there’s a mismatch in the requirement. I would suggest you to test it in our testing server. so that you can check if its fit with your requirement. Because some of ouse users give a flag about it. Some of the users okay with the implementation.
