If a customer says they already filled out the intake form, you can find it directly from the order.
Where to Look
- Go to Orders.
- Open the customer’s order.
- On the Order Details page, find the Intake Information section.
- Review the submitted answers there.
Important Note
- The form is configured under the service/package setup.
- The submitted response appears in the order under Intake Information.
- If you check only the client profile, you may miss it.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Confirm you opened the correct order if the client has multiple orders.
- Refresh the order page if the form was submitted recently.
- Verify intake is active in the related service package.
