How to Find a Client's Submitted Intake Information (After Purchase)

If a customer says they already filled out the intake form, you can find it directly from the order.

Where to Look

  1. Go to Orders.
  2. Open the customer’s order.
  3. On the Order Details page, find the Intake Information section.
  4. Review the submitted answers there.

Important Note

  • The form is configured under the service/package setup.
  • The submitted response appears in the order under Intake Information.
  • If you check only the client profile, you may miss it.

Quick Troubleshooting

  • Confirm you opened the correct order if the client has multiple orders.
  • Refresh the order page if the form was submitted recently.
  • Verify intake is active in the related service package.
