Hi Guys, since we already have an email function in AH for sending client notifications on orders etc, I was thinking a great feature to add would be the ability to send announcements to all our clients using our connected domain or SMTP.
For example, wishing Merry Christmas, announcing Black Friday deals, service discounts, or even notifying when our business is closed during the festive season.
If we could schedule these in advance and add an image, plus text and a CTA, that would be awesome. Having an option to paste in a custom HTML mail would also be great if we want someting more custom.

We are working a feature where users can send email to their clients, leads. In addition to that, we are planning to support emails to unknown people, people who are not added as lead or client in your Agency Handy portal. And upon sending mail to them, they will be automatically be added as lead!
The scheduling part you have mentioned is planned for the next iteration of this feature.

For unknown people, could that function like a newsletter subscriber? It is great to hear your team is working on an email feature. This will be very helpful for communication with current or potential clients during seasons like Christmas or special discount periods like Black Friday, etc.
That’s a very good suggestion. We are also working on a solution to automate our newsletter first. Once we can free bandwidth from there, I think we can think about incorporating newsletter features in the Global email system we are referring to right now.
