Task Notifications [Fixed]

I inquired with support and have not heard back. When I set a task and assign it to a team member they are not getting a notification. The lack of notification is a major disconnect in our workflow. As it stands, Is the assigned used supposed to get notified and this is a glitch? Or does this need to be an urgent feature request? Thank you

First assigning member to a task should send notification. If it’s not going, we need to troubleshoot. And it will be fixed soon.
Did you email our support or sent a message? If you could knock that chat(if chat, reminder email for email) it would be very helpful.

Hi Ali, there are several major issues with task notifications. I submitted a bug (roadmap.agencyhandy.com). I recommend someone on your team takes a look at the bug report.

Also, please add the option to disable task notifications. They’re not listed in the settings page along with the other notifications.

Hi @iconnect , now assigning someone on task should send them a notification. We pushed a fix, please do check and let us know. And we will consider the notification disabling one too, thank you for the suggestion.
