Yes, this is supported using Default Task in the service package.

When configured, each new order of that service automatically creates the predefined task(s).

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Services.
  2. Open the service/package you want to automate.
  3. Add or configure a Default Task in that package.
  4. Save the service/package.

What Happens Next

When that service is ordered, the system auto-creates the default task for the new order.

Recommended Best Practice

  • Use clear default task titles so operations can identify work quickly.
  • If your workflow needs immediate ownership, also configure assignment defaults/rules so tasks are not left unassigned.
