Once an order is marked Completed, it would be extremely helpful if Agency Handy could automatically send an email to the client asking for a review/feedback.

To encourage more responses, agencies should be able to:

  • Customize the review email (branding, wording, links).

  • Add a review link (Google, Trustpilot, or Agency Handy’s internal feedback system).

  • Attach an incentive – e.g., “Leave us a review and get a 10% OFF coupon on your next order.”

  • Coupon codes should be automatically generated and sent once the client submits their review.

Benefits:

  • Agencies can collect more reviews consistently without manual follow-up.

  • Builds social proof and improves agency reputation.

  • Encourages repeat business by giving clients a reason to come back.

This feature would turn completed orders into a powerful marketing loop—from happy client → review → repeat sale.

@orvi Addition to that we can share the other testimonial platform link e.g feedspace or any other where client can share their review testimonial and coupon/reward can be handled in SH
